The Duel Energy System Research Facility. Easy enough, right? This place looks like the combination of a power plant and a scientific research facility, and houses the mysterious Cube for study. Access is restricted to researching personnel and Sabres only, as well as the standard security personnel which have gone through more background checks than anyone can count. Highly-ranked Sabres have unlimited access to the research facility should the situation arise in which the Cube needed to be directly protected.

The research facility is located in the southern aspect of the city, the Cube having been moved there after the calamity in the west side.
