Deck Type: Arcana Force - A deck that relies on both luck and strategy, the Arcana Force can either play in the player's favor or the opponent's. With careful manipulation, or perhaps otherworldly luck, this deck will make it feel like Fate is the only player here.

Character Skill: Hand of Fate - Once per turn, you may pay 500 Life Points to choose one "Arcana Force" monster and reverse the coin toss result, changing the position of Heads to Tails or Tails to Heads. This ability does not need to be used immediately after the initial coin toss, but can be if desired.

Developmental Skill:

Personality: Astrea is typically a level headed woman who likes the occasional glass of alcohol. Well, more than occasional, but she's always sober enough to be in control of her actions. She doesn't allow a lot of emotions to overwhelm her. In the case that emotions run high, she always looks to her tarot deck for answers. As for her opinion about the D.E.S., she believes that she needs more answers about it before deciding whether to side with either the Guardians or the Sabres on the matter. So until she is needed, Astrea likes to observe from the sidelines.

Biography: Astrea was born in a semi-wealthy family, and as their only child, she could get almost anything she wanted. All she wanted when she was younger was a friend, but no one could see eye to eye with her in regards to the way the world worked around her. She believed heavily in Fate and if she just wasn't supposed to be popular, then she would let it be so. As she grew older, she learned she didn't need to be popular to enjoy life for what it was.

At least, that was until the D.E.S. tragedy occurred. Surely Fate didn't intend for the entire West City to be ruined, right? Despite being under-aged, it was around then that she started her drinking habit. Her parents didn't mind, being as cool as they were, since they were the ones who kept the alcohol in the house. But ever since that day, Astrea has been looking for answers. She would people-watch during the day, simply wondering how the war between the Guardians and the Sabres would unfold. Or maybe she was still looking for that one person to befriend...
