Name: Mikiko Kagecho
Age: 17yrs
Gender: Female
Faction: Sabre
Affiliation: Dark

Ace Monster/Key Card: El Shaddoll Winda/Chocolate Magician Girl
Deck Type: Magician Girls/Shaddolls - Utilizing the various attributes of the Magician Girls (minus Dark Magician Girl), Shaddolls can be used to fuse into their different attribute forms. This Spellcaster-Type deck is centered around managing its resources, flip effects, and protecting its field.

Character Skill: Puppeteer Manipulation - Once per turn, when you would choose a "Shaddoll" Spell/Trap card to return to your hand from the Graveyard due to a "Shaddoll" card effect, you may choose a Spell/Trap card without "Shaddoll" in its name instead. All "El Shaddoll" Fusion Monsters are Spellcaster-type.

Personality: Mikiko is a very curt woman. She doesn't show anyone respect that they don't deserve, and is merciless when it comes to telling her opinion. She knows her place in society and won't let anyone get in her way. Because of this, she can come off as rude, uncaring, or seem bored when she's always "sitting on her throne". Behind the curtains, Mikiko is manipulative, selfish, and extremely territorial. What's her's is her's, and no one is safe should someone push on that boundary.

Biography: Ever since the day she was born, Mikiko was both spoiled and abused. Her parents would try and spoil the child because she was their youngest, and their only girl after having three boys (ages 8, 10, and 14). The three older brothers, however, were very much into bullying the little girl. They thought she was weird, and that she should have been a boy, so Mikiko would often sport bruises, burns, lacerations, and frequent trips to the emergency room for broken bones. So how didn't her parents find out? The brothers made very convincing lies, and the girl herself went along with it, if just because she was threatened with being hurt even more if she ever tried telling them otherwise. Mikiko was deemed the most accident-prone child ever, which led to more spoiling and more abuse. Even when Mikiko started school, the teachers couldn't prove anything against her parents or her brothers.

As the years continued, the abusive events became less frequent, but much worse. The boys were reaching their teenage years, where not only were they delinquents, but they were getting smarter with their plans. They couldn't leave the little girl alone for more than one month, and even when they weren't physically or verbally abusing the girl, they would often destroy her stuff. Her stuffed animals were found torn to shreds "by the family cat", her dolls missing their heads and limbs, and her clothes had holes because of "bad stitching at the seams". She couldn't even keep a deck of Magician-Girl Duel Monster cards in one piece for very long, but who cares? This was just the girl's "bad luck", and her parents made more than enough money to just keep replacing everything.

This vicious cycle continued until the girl was about ten years old, when by some stroke of "luck", the family's home caught on fire one evening. The boys (now 18, 20, and 24, and yes still living at home) were attempting some elaborate plan to hurt the girl yet again involving the gas kitchen stove. No one is exactly sure as to what happened, but there was some sort of explosion, and the entire house was engulfed in flames in near minutes with everyone inside. The boys were killed upon impact from the explosion, while Mikiko and her parents were rescued by fire-personnel and taken to the hospital.

In the end, investigators determined that the fire was caused by "faulty pipelines" that led to the kitchen stove. No mention of the boys tampering with the stove could be found after it all went up in flames. At the very least, both parents and Mikiko made it out alive and all would make a full recovery. Of course, the scars would take some time to heal, but that was nothing new to Mikiko. Actually, she didn't care about the scarring. She only cared about the fact that she was free... she was finally free from the torment. While clinging to her parents, their arms embracing the "terrified" and "sobbing" child, Mikiko could only laugh as she buried her face into their chests. This was the day that she was both freed from physical torment, and yet subjected to her fractured mentality.

After the fire and insurance policies, the family had even more money to spend on their now only and precious daughter. If she saw it, if she wanted it, she got it. Dolls, stuffed animals, clothes, shoes, games, going to the theme park or beach or movies, anything. This was now her domain, and she would pull the strings at home, at school, and in Duel Monsters. Her Magician Girl cards were able to last for more than two weeks without getting destroyed, but something darker pulled at the girl's heart. Although she loved her magicians, there was something missing. Something that would fit the story just right. That's when she discovered the Shaddolls: dark monsters controlled like puppets that then fused to make dolls, and they worked extremely well with her Magician Girls...

A year or so later, Mikiko about twelve now, is when the calamity of the West City occurred, and the discovery of the cube. Her family was safe since they lived in the north-east aspect of Babylon, but the incident would mark the beginning of mankind's acceleration towards the future. Mikiko was not going to miss out on this chance... With her Dolls and Magicians by her side, she sped through the studies of the duel academy two years early, quickly making a name for herself enough to become a Sabre. Sure, she devoted herself to Duel Monsters, the future of the city, and she volunteered to help "protect" the D.E.S., but it's all under a mask. The truth is, she would do anything to get more power, to be the puppeteer pulling the strings...
