This base's existence is unknown to pretty much everyone, save for those who are permitted access to it. It was built in secret after the Calamity of the West City, and is now located in said West City Ruins. The overall appearance resembles that of a military base hidden within the broken buildings. Sterile halls, barracks for the members, a mess hall, etc. Everything a base needs to keep its inhabitants safe, fed, and ready to fight against the Sabres and the D.E.S.
